The Operations & Portfolio Support Specialist provides operational, accounting, and administrative support for loan and lease portfolios. This role ensures accurate financial processing, compliance with regulations, and effective coordination between portfolio managers, accounting team, customers, and vendors. About the Role Process accounts payable activities, including vendor invoice review, tracking, and payment submission Liaison between accounting and outside vendor to ensure accurate sales and use tax amounts are collected Perform accounts receivable functions such as customer billing, servicing and collection calls, and delinquency reporting Support loan and lease servicing, including booking, modifying, and maintaining contracts in servicing systems Process wires and other payment transactions in accordance with banking controls and procedures Assist with client audit confirmations for loans and leases Perform loan and lease payoff calculations per terms of legal documentation in coordination with accounting Conduct UCC searches, filings, continuations, and terminations to ensure proper collateral perfection Submit, track, and follow up on Landlord Waivers, subordination agreements, and related collateral documentation Manage escrow disbursements and ensure proper approvals and documentation Assist Portfolio Managers and Relationship Managers by requesting, organizing, and reviewing borrower documentation Prepare and complete compliance and regulatory documentation in accordance with bank policies Respond to and resolve customer, vendor, and internal inquiries professionally and efficiently Support loan and lease audit requests, internal reviews, and regulatory examinations
