• Manage daily production, including scheduling and distribution of work orders, and ensure all work orders are complete each week • Maintain and oversee the running of the office duties and needs. • Assist with recruitment, hiring, and training of window cleaners • Manage cleaners, including performance reviews, discipline, and recognition • Inventory window cleaning equipment and ensure functionality of equipment • Handle payments, deposits, and processing • Assisting in creating customer estimates and proposals • Conduct weekly safety training for window cleaners and document all safety incidents • Answering phones, dealing with customer calls, and thank you notes
