About The Position

We’re looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to lead our location and support our Service and Parts teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing people, improving operations, and building strong customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Experience managing service and/or parts operations (truck, trailer, heavy equipment, or similar industry preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused mindset
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• OSHA or safety training experience
• Experience in a dealership or shop environment
• Willingness to travel occasionally or take on new challenges

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for the service and parts departments
• Coach, support, and develop team members
• Monitor performance, productivity, and efficiency
• Build relationships with customers and ensure a high level of service
• Oversee scheduling, training, and performance reviews
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized facility
• Coordinate with sales, service, and parts teams on projects and jobs
• Help manage inventory, warranties, and company assets
• Step in to support Service Manager/Writer duties when needed
