Operations Manager focuses on fundamental business issues — managing risk, increasing revenues, controlling costs. This role provides direct management oversight for all DDI branches, clients and subcontractors in their assigned area. The Operations Manager interacts with customers, sales personnel, third parties and internal departments regularly to identify opportunities and resolve any business challenges proactively if possible.
