OPERATIONS MANAGER
About The Position
Leading, directing and monitoring production operations to ensure compliance with established specifications, schedules and quality standards while achieving volume, cost and waste targets Collaborating with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, Sales and other departments to effectively manage production schedules and allocate labour and capital resources Controlling and prioritizing production line maintenance and downtime to minimize disruptions and ensure continuous operational efficiency Overseeing adherence to quality standards and compliance with HR regulations, data protection laws and health, safety and environmental (HSE) requirements through regular assessments and quality control measures Driving efficiency improvements by identifying process bottlenecks, implementing targeted solutions and managing the seamless launch of new production lines and equipment through coordinated cross-departmental efforts Managing maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure all equipment operates efficiently and meets the demands of production
