About The Position
PIRTEK, the nation’s leading provider for on-site hydraulic and industrial hose replacement, is hiring for the position of Operations Manager. Job Description: A PIRTEK Operations Manager oversees, supports, and dispatches a team of Hose Installation Technicians when and where they are needed, ensuring customers get the high level of service delivered by PIRTEK. A PIRTEK Service & Supply Center is a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This gives the opportunity to work closely and communicate with other team members. Playing a pivotal role in customer service and problem-solving, the Operations Manager ensures customers receive the highest quality of service to get their equipment back up and running.
Requirements
- Experience in a Supervisory Role
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong Computer Skills
- Mechanically Inclined
- Good Communication Skills
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and support Hose Installation Technicians
- Oversee materials and inventory management
