About The Position

The Operations Manager will be one of the first hires in Entrusted’s new Charlotte, NC branch, playing a key role in helping launch and scale our presence in this market. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing company at the ground level of a new expansion, where your impact will be felt immediately and your growth path will be clear. The Operations Manager is responsible for building and overseeing Charlotte’s mitigation operation by establishing process effectiveness, developing a high-performing field team, ensuring profit goals are met, and fostering a culture consistent with Entrusted’s core beliefs and values. The role will also support construction needs as well as the location continues to expand. This hands-on role supports day-to-day restoration operations by helping ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with what was promised to clients.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred: 2+ years of supervising/managing people, ideally in field services, operations, or similarly fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

  • Establish and execute mitigation processes consistent with Entrusted’s operational standards
  • Oversee daily mitigation operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability
  • Monitor job performance, timelines, and costs to meet revenue and gross profit goals
  • Identify and implement process improvements as the branch scales
  • Direct and support field team members in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable for performance and results
  • Help build a strong, engaged team culture aligned with Entrusted’s core values
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and development of new team members
  • Ensure consistent satisfaction among clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Construction, and Operations leadership
  • Communicate clearly and effectively to align expectations as volume increases
  • Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and ownership
  • Lead with integrity, sound judgment, and strong decision-making
  • Model Entrusted’s beliefs, values, and leadership traits daily
