In the 24-hour Behavioral Health residential programs, the Operations Manager is responsible for oversight of all operational aspects of the programs and the direct supervision of the facility's frontline staff. The Operations Manager will ensure skill groups are being completed and documented. Will coordinate and maintain the upkeep of the physical plant in collaboration with the facilities team. Will maintain fleet obligations and maintain facility supplies. The Operations Manager will be responsible for training and staffing, and will participate in the budgeting process. This position maintains operational control within the mission of Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana (VOAOHIN) and meets contract, funding and/or accreditation requirements. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent supervisory experience in related field
  • At least two (2) years of relevant experience
  • First Aid & CPR certification is required and must be maintained
