How You'll Make a Difference: The Operations Manager will be responsible for driving operational excellence in alignment with the market strategy. By collaborating closely with leadership, the Operations Manager will align priorities, prepare actionable insights, and foster clarity across teams. Acting as the Marketing Champion for the GA Market, they will ensure development, production and inventory of locally relevant, up-to-date materials that effectively engage members and communities. Through diligent monitoring of KPIs and leveraging data for continuous improvement and strategic planning, they will strengthen operational efficiency and support quality initiatives aligned with HEDIS, CMS, and NCQA standards. Additionally, this role will serve as a critical liaison across internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth administrative operations and cohesive stakeholder communication. Why Arkos? Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in healthcare consulting, strategic planning, operations management, or project management
  • Experience working in population health or value-based healthcare
  • Knowledge in healthcare operations, CMS quality measures, and provider management
  • Language & Communication Skills: excellent leadership, management, and communication skills with ability to work collaboratively with other departments and external stakeholders; must be fluent in both spoken and written English and maintain professionalism in all verbal and written correspondence with both internal and external clients.
  • Decision Making: strong ability to self-manage time to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer Skills: able to utilize necessary programs to ensure effective communication, collection of metrics, and proprietary software; including but not limited to: Microsoft product suite, Adobe Suite,
  • Problem Solving: strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Prior experience working in start-up or early-stage companies
  • Prior experience in marketing to members/patients

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to facilitate decision making and ensure effective executives of market initiatives, including by not limited to, chronic disease management, preventative care, and care transition
  • Prepare materials and insights for key meetings, ensuring alignment and clarity across leadership
  • Serve as a Marketing Champion for the GA Market, by collaborating with the corporate marketing team to ensure materials are up to date and tailored to local market needs, supporting effective member and community engagement
  • Monitor KPI’s to assess market effectiveness
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support care coordination, and patient engagement
  • Utilize data to drive continuous improvement and support strategic planning
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams, provider partners, and external stakeholders
  • Support quality improvement initiatives aligned with HEDIS, CMS, and NCQA standards
  • Ensure administrative processes run smoothly by serving as market lead for facilities, technology, and other vital areas
