About The Position

This Operations Manager role oversees daily clinic operations, leads teams, and drives operational performance in a fast-growing behavioral health organization. It is ideal for operational leaders who thrive on structure, metrics, and continuous improvement, with no healthcare experience required as full training is provided. The position focuses on leading day-to-day clinic operations with an emphasis on efficiency and consistency, managing team performance, workflows, and operational outcomes, and ensuring patients receive timely, professional, and supportive care. Serenity Healthcare delivers FDA-cleared, evidence-based treatments for depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other health conditions. Their technology-driven approach, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), aims to help patients succeed when traditional treatments haven’t worked. Requirements

  • 10+ years of management experience managing 30+ employees
  • Proven success managing performance, metrics, and process improvement
  • Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Background in hospitality, retail, call center, or multi-unit leadership

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing, and workflow execution
