Location: Jamestown, ND Shift: Weekdays, Various Hours Job Schedule: Full Time Weekly Hours: 40 JOB SUMMARY: The Early Intervention Operations Manager assures that home-based family-focused early intervention and developmental services are provided to eligible infants and toddlers (0-3) and their families within the regulations and timelines of the state of North Dakota. This position is responsible for both implementation of best practices and efficient operation within service delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required in fields of Early Education, Special Education, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, Social Work, or Nursing
Three years’ experience in any of the required professions
One year supervisory, management or program responsibility
Valid North Dakota Driver’s License
Local travel required

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree or Doctorate in required field
Five years’ experience in any of the required professions
Three years’ supervisory, management or program responsibility
Foundational level of business acumen to drive high quality programming that is financially sound
