About The Position

GAI Consultants, Inc. is seeking a creative, team-oriented, and motivated 1-4 year Civil/Land Development Engineer to join our Community Development Business Sector. The position will be responsible for CAD design, assisting in developing engineering reports, calculations, and design for Civil / Land Development projects including construction administration support. This position is available in our Orlando, FL office. Remote and/or Hybrid work location (home or office) is a viable option and the successful candidate will be eligible for a sign-on and/or relocation bonus. Responsibilities

• Assist in Civil Engineering design and calculations for water, wastewater, and stormwater components of Land Development projects.
• Participates in technical studies, product design, preparation of specifications, and technical plans.
• Filling out and completing permit applications for processing.
• Construction administration support including field observation reports.
• Prepare plans utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D.
