Requirements

Strategic planning capabilities to align operations with company objectives.
Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Demonstrated ability in process improvement and operational efficiency.
Ability to read blue prints and customer provided drawings.
Excellent leadership qualities with a focus on driving results.
Experience in industrial fabrication with proficiency in production equipment.
Experience in business development and project management in a manufacturing environment.
Minimum, BS or BA degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Distribution or proven work experiece in related fields.
Directly responsible for leading all operations leadership of the division.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws to include OSHA, DOT, and other corporate safety programs.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity and performance.
Manage and supervise operational staff, providing guidance and support.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to enhance operational effectiveness.
Lead business development initiatives to drive growth and profitability.
Oversee project management processes to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Conduct profit-loss analysis and implement cost-saving measures.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Manage procurement responsibilties.
Manage and oversee the Safety program.
