The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operational functions of an ICE detention facility, ensuring compliance with federal standards, maintaining safety and security, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality detainee services. This role is critical to maintaining facility readiness, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. All services shall be provided in accordance with established standards, principles and ethics of the profession, applicable professional specialty organizations, and the high-quality standard for which Acuity International is recognized.
