The Operations Manager is responsible for Onboarding, Developing, Coaching, Mentoring, and Performance Management of all drivers and helpers assigned to them. The ideal candidate will have experience with coaching and mentoring employees, understand transportation and logistics, and 3+ years' experience in people management overseeing a staff of 23-25 employees. Experience in managing union employees and DOT regulated drivers preferred. Schedule: Monday to Friday 10:00am to close Operations Managers should be flexible to work either opening or closing shifts & weekends after a holiday to support the operational needs.
