About The Position

JOB FUN CTION: As the Operations Manager, you will oversee daily field and office operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and alignment with company goals. This role leads personnel, coordinates with project teams, customers, and vendors, and manages workforce planning, logistics, and execution of industrial services. You are responsible for the overall effectiveness, organization, and continued success of the division through strong leadership and sound decision-making.

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience managing and scheduling employees to perform industrial services.
  • Prior experience in industrial services required.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills and be able to interface with employees in all levels of the company. Professional oral and written interpersonal communication.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring productivity, accountability, and alignment with company objectives.
  • Plan and coordinate manpower, equipment, and logistics for industrial services, including outages, hydroblasting, vacuum truck services, and chemical operations.
  • Oversee outage planning and execution, including scheduling, resource allocation, and field support to ensure safe and timely completion.
  • Manage workforce planning, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and employee development.
  • Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with OSHA standards, confined space regulations, and company safety policies.
  • Supervise hydroblasting and vacuum truck operations, ensuring proper training, maintenance, and safe execution.
  • Control operational costs and oversee payroll accuracy, job costing, and timekeeping processes.
  • Maintain accurate records, reporting, and administrative documentation, including weekly performance updates.
  • Enforce company policies, professional standards, and disciplinary procedures consistently.
  • Coordinate with fleet and manage equipment, inventory, and capital expenditure requests.
  • Build and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships to support ongoing business and growth.
  • Support emergency response readiness, on-call rotations, and field operations as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational success.
