This role provides leadership for our customer-facing associates and branch functions. Position Details Reports to Branch Manager 25 total associates, direct oversight of 5 associates

Requirements

  • Champion the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of organizational management protocols, practices, and tools
  • Drive safety, quality and profitability to meet or exceed company objectives
  • Ongoing development of standard operating procedures to facilitate process improvements.
  • Act as a strategic partner on the leadership team and liaison among different departments to improve operation results
  • Ensure warehouse operation is led with efficiency and success
  • Handle inventory control in our warehouse, including working daily on discrepancies, returns, DRR’s, cycle counts and various other inventory reporting.
  • Manage vendor relationships to facilitate purchasing of production supplies.
  • Direct Supervisor over COUNTER SALES & WAREHOUSE associates.
  • Conduct safety observations, safety inspections, and oversee associate safety training and accountability.
  • Assigning and routing delivery trucks using different software.
  • Reviewing and coaching CDL drivers on driving behaviors witnessed by camera systems.
