About The Position

Daniels Health is expanding, and we’re looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to spearhead the startup of our brand-new plant in Denver, CO. Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Manufacturing or industrial operations background strongly preferred, with a solid understanding of plant workflows and production environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams, especially in startup or transitional settings.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, including OSHA and environmental safety standards.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience driving process improvements and implementing operational efficiencies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to foster strong relationships across departments and with external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Support the launch and daily operations of a new facility, contributing to strategic planning, policy implementation, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Assist in managing core operational areas including safety, quality, logistics, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and customer satisfaction.
  • Help optimize waste stream management processes and identify opportunities for operational efficiency and sustainability.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through process mapping, time studies, and risk assessments.
  • Develop and analyze operational data using Excel and other tools to support decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Learn and help implement OSHA and safety regulations, contributing to the development of site-specific safety programs.
  • Participate in team building and staff management activities including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance development.
