About The Position

The Operations Manager at CVS Health is a key member of the Store Management team, dedicated to shaping a more connected, convenient, and compassionate health experience. This role is instrumental in driving store execution and performance, fostering consumer loyalty through exceptional customer service, and supporting the company's mission to help individuals on their path to better health. Working under the direct supervision of the Store Manager, the Operations Manager is tasked with cultivating an engaged and productive store team through strong leadership and by setting a positive example. The responsibilities encompass the total leadership and strategic operation of a CVS/pharmacy store, including overall store management, supervision, and policy implementation; sales and inventory management; employee staffing, training, and development; financial management; and customer service leadership. It is important to note that this Operations Manager position is distinct from the CVS/pharmacy Retail Management Development Program and does not offer a direct path to a Store Manager role. Candidates aspiring to become a CVS Store Manager are advised to apply for Store Manager in Training openings instead.
