What You’ll Do: As the Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our community remains safe, welcoming, and supportive. You’ll lead and motivate staff, foster strong resident and family relationships, and promote a culture of teamwork and customer service. This is a leadership position where you’ll guide day-to-day operations, support compliance, and help residents live their best lives.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration
  • Compassion for seniors and their families
  • Knowledge of assisted living operations and regulatory compliance
  • Willingness to obtain Assisted Living Executive Director certification (if not already held)
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with empathy and professionalism

Responsibilities

  • Support and supervise staff to ensure high-quality, compassionate care
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and the community
  • Oversee staffing, training, and ongoing staff development
  • Participate in marketing, admissions, and customer service planning
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
  • Promote programs that enhance resident well-being and independence
