About The Position

We’re looking for a dedicated Operations Manager to join our team and support the Executive Director in leading our community with compassion, integrity, and excellence. What You’ll Do: As the Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our community remains safe, welcoming, and supportive. You’ll lead and motivate staff, foster strong resident and family relationships, and promote a culture of teamwork and customer service. This is a leadership position where you’ll guide day-to-day operations, support compliance, and help residents live their best lives.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration
- Compassion for seniors and their families
- Knowledge of assisted living operations and regulatory compliance
- Willingness to obtain Assisted Living Executive Director certification (if not already held)
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with empathy and professionalism
Responsibilities
- Support and supervise staff to ensure high-quality, compassionate care
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and the community
- Oversee staffing, training, and ongoing staff development
- Participate in marketing, admissions, and customer service planning
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
- Promote programs that enhance resident well-being and independence
