This role leads a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and performance management, while partnering with the Operations Director to define and execute Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) that align with broader business goals. The Operations Manager owns strategic initiatives such as automation, process improvement, and operational enhancements. This role thrives in ambiguity, translating complex business needs into structured, actionable plans that drive measurable outcomes. Success in this role requires a proactive and execution-oriented mindset, along with the ability to influence across diverse stakeholders. The Operations Manager navigates cross-functional dynamics with empathy and assertiveness, aligning competing priorities to ensure seamless delivery and internal alignment. Strong analytical skills and comfort with Excel (including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and formulas) are essential, as is the ability to independently interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement.
