The Operations Manager is a member of the Store Management team at CVS Health, responsible for driving store execution and performance and building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service. This role supports the company's purpose of helping people on their path to better health. Under the supervision of the Store Manager, the Operations Manager leads by example to maintain an engaged and productive store team. Key responsibilities include overall store management, supervision, policy implementation, sales and inventory management, employee staffing, training, development, financial management, and customer service leadership. It is important to note that this position is not part of the CVS/pharmacy Retail Management Development Program and does not lead directly to a Store Manager role; candidates aspiring to be a Store Manager should apply for Store Manager in Training openings.
