CACI’s Agile Solution Factory (ASF) is hiring an Operations Manager to assist with leading a large, mission critical Voice over IP (VoIP) / unified communications / contact center modernization effort. ASF programs thrive in a culture of innovation and are constantly seeking individuals who can bring creative ideas to solve complex problems, both technical and procedural, to the team. The ability to be adaptable and to work constructively with a technically diverse and geographically separated team is crucial. The Operations manager oversees daily business activities, ensuring compliance, and efficiency focusing on contract deliverables, strategic planning, resource allocation, risk management, and process improvement. The individual will bridge strategic goals with tactical execution, managing information flow, performance metrics, and stakeholder communication for successful contract delivery and organizational growth. This position may involve travel to different sites in the National Capital Region. The individual must also be able to manage multiple concurrent efforts while ensuring customer expectations are being managed and met. The individual must also be able to keep up with a fast-paced fielding schedule and have an active secret clearance. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing project performance while meeting key project milestones. The individual will be accountable to the program manager and customer regarding any issues or concerns while being proactive in alerting the program manager of potential issues in a timely manner.
