The Operations Manager is a member of the Store Management team at CVS Health, responsible for driving store execution and performance and building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service. Under the supervision of the Store Manager, this role involves maintaining an engaged, productive store team through strong leadership and leading by example. Key responsibilities include overall store management, supervision, and policy implementation; sales and inventory management; employee staffing, training, and development; financial management; and customer service leadership. This position is not part of the CVS/pharmacy Retail Management Development Program and does not lead directly to a Store Manager role.
