We’re seeking an Operations Manager who can steward the daily rhythm of the theatre, leading teams with purpose while delivering operational excellence that honors our legacy and elevates the guest experience. Reporting to the General Manager, this role is responsible for overseeing all associates and all aspects of theatre operations. From revenue performance and cost control to quality standards, staffing, and guest satisfaction, the Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring each theatre operates with precision, pride, and consistency.
