Luv Bridal is seeking a proactive and emotionally intelligent Operations Manager to help lead our Fort Lauderdale Showroom and support the delivery of a seamless, unforgettable bridal experience. Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in retail operations (bridal or luxury service preferred)
  • Experience leading, training, or mentoring team members in a retail setting
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate sensitive, high-emotion scenarios
  • Passion for bridal, fashion, and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and contribute wherever needed
  • Physical ability to stand, kneel, steam gowns, and lift up to 25 lbs
  • this position requires weekend availability.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day showroom operations including inventory management, stockroom organization, and shipment processing
  • Ensure all merchandise is properly steamed, tagged, and displayed to brand standards
  • Manage vendor orders, product receiving, returns, and inventory accuracy
  • Maintain software and client database integrity, ensuring timely and accurate data input
  • Uphold cleanliness, organization, and functionality of all showroom spaces
  • Take an average of 10 bridal appointments per week, guiding brides through a joyful and intentional gown selection process
  • Maintain a personal closing ratio of 50% or higher, while supporting the team in achieving showroom-wide goals
  • Help plan and participate in showroom events and off-site bridal shows
  • Deliver exceptional, emotionally attuned service that reflects our brand values
  • Support with follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and client communications
  • Partner with the Showroom Manager to support and develop team performance
  • Lead by example in both appointments and day-to-day responsibilities
  • Assist in training new stylists on operational procedures and customer service best practices
  • Provide feedback, mentorship, and hands-on support to ensure team success
  • Help foster a culture of accountability, enthusiasm, and continuous improvement
