About The Position
Field Operations Lead – Junk Removal Lead from the front. Stay active. Make an impact. The Junkluggers is an eco-friendly junk removal company focused on donation, recycling, and community impact. We’re looking for a working Field Operations Lead to run daily jobs, lead crews, and keep operations moving smoothly. This is a hands-on leadership role — you’ll be in the truck, on job sites, and leading by example. The amount of waste that ends up in landfills on a daily basis is astronomical. We believe that a lot of this is avoidable, and with just a little attention to detail — and a lot of love for our planet, we can help reverse this growing problem. Requirements
- 2+ years in junk removal, moving, construction, landscaping, or similar work
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors
- Strong communication, reliability, and leadership skills
- Available full-time, including some Saturdays and on-call coverage
Nice To Haves
- Prior crew lead or supervisory experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead daily junk removal jobs and work alongside the crew
- Deliver great customer experiences and handle issues quickly
- Dispatch and track trucks; coordinate with scheduling
- Train, coach, and hold team members accountable
- Enforce safety standards and company procedures
- Track jobs, hours, and basic daily paperwork
