Role Overview The Operations Manager will lead the strategy and execution of operational efficiency initiatives across TPIC's Recovery Operations — spanning Case Management and Litigation. This role is responsible for transforming how our recovery workflows operate: identifying bottlenecks, building scalable processes, and deploying no-code tooling and system integrations that multiply the effectiveness of our teams. This is not a project management role. The ideal candidate is a builder — someone who can map a broken workflow in the morning, design a solution by afternoon, and have an automation running by end of week. You will own the operational infrastructure that powers our recovery engine, and your work will directly impact recoveries and revenue.
