Your Responsibilities As an Operations Manager at Ekimetrics you will support the effective staffing of project teams by coordinating assignments, maintaining visibility into team capacity, and helping ensure work readiness across the organization. This role falls within Operations, with close collaboration with HR, Finance, and delivery teams. The specialist serves as a key connector between project teams, account managers, and leadership, ensuring that assignments are aligned with skills, availability, and business needs. The position helps balance workloads, monitor utilization trends, and support day-to-day communication to keep stakeholders informed and projects properly staffed.
