About The Position

The Operations Manager is one who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces the Chick-fil-A culture and has a servant's heart. The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing daily operations and keeping team members and team leaders accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. The Operations Manager's main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members and team leaders. The Operations Manager will lead by example and set the tone that others will follow. This role is a highly developmental role that is focused on improving restaurant performance by executing Chick-fil-A's vision of being the most caring company. The Operations Director will be responsible for restaurant operations, financials, sales growth, assisting in talent acquisition, leadership development, and guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
  • Improving restaurant sales and financial stewardship
  • Increasing sales through operational excellence
  • Training team members and team leaders
  • Creating new systems and processes to improve restaurant performance
  • Improving guest experience
  • Assist in talent acquisition
  • Leadership development of team members and team leaders
  • Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
  • Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
  • Be a friendly, encouraging team player
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
