We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Operations function in the US. You will play a key role in building a culture of operational discipline within Arta by managing the team that handles our core operational processes which power the end-to-end user journey of our clients. This includes client onboarding, deposits/withdrawals, trading across all our asset classes and monitoring of account activity. In doing so, you will collaborate with both internal (Customer Success, Product, Compliance, Engineering) and external (broker-dealers, fund managers) stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have an innate curiosity to understand how things work behind-the-scenes and a strong drive for improving processes. They should also be an empathetic mentor who invests in the development of their team members.
