About The Position

As an Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in scaling our business by driving efficiency, improving processes, and leading high-impact cross-functional initiatives. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role where you will work closely with Product, Commercial, Finance, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless execution across markets. The Operations Manager sits at the center of Yuno’s cross-functional execution, driving the processes, data flows, and stakeholder alignment that turn product strategy into market reality. The role is designed for professionals with a strong consulting or strategy background who want to transition into the product and payments space — bringing structured thinking and operational rigor to a fast-moving tech environment.

Requirements

• Fluent English
• +6 years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or high-growth startups
• Strong analytical skills with experience working with data (Excel, SQL, or similar)
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• High ownership and execution mindset

Nice To Haves

• Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services
• Exposure to global operations or market expansion
• Experience working with APIs, payment orchestration, or PSPs

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategic and operational initiatives across key markets
• Design, implement, and optimize scalable processes to support rapid growth
• Identify operational inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Engineering to deliver high-impact projects
• Analyze data to generate actionable insights and support decision-making
• Monitor key business metrics and performance indicators
• Manage relationships with partners (PSPs, acquirers, merchants) to ensure operational excellence
• Support market expansion efforts and go-to-market execution
• Own projects end-to-end, from ideation to execution
