As we scale, we need a highly organized Operations Manager who drives execution, and who will expand upon and enforce our well-developed operational structure. You will be the project manager for our internal initiatives, promoting both client and employee expansion and retention. This is a process-driven, execution-focused role for someone who excels at taking a plan from point A to point B with clarity, discipline, and consistency. Our company is already executing on stretch growth goals, making an expansion of the existing part-time operations role necessary.
