The core responsibilities of the Premier Account Specialist role are to collaborate with sales, underwriting and Claims partners to identify, manage and service specifically assigned Premier level accounts (in excess of $200k in annual premium). Primary focus of the role is on the following: Marketplace differentiation through delivery of the highest level of service in the industry to qualifying Premier and Family Office accounts. Providing a tangible service enhancement that enables our partners in Sales and Underwriting to promote and differentiate our brand in order to win new business and retain key accounts upon renewal. Providing comprehensive account management practices that ensure continuity and accountability on all risk consulting and loss prevention issues for every account. Enhanced accessibility and responsiveness for account agents and representatives. Consistency in risk consultation and loss control across the entire account, for all locations. A single point of contact for coordination of all risk consulting related services.
