The Operations Manager is a key member of the team and a strategic partner in driving financial discipline, purchasing excellence, and operational efficiency. You bring a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset - identifying opportunities, improving systems, and supporting smart decision-making before challenges arise. You are a strategic partner to the culinary and floor leadership teams, bridging the gap between the kitchen’s creative vision and financial realities of the business. You understand that not all products are interchangeable - that generic button mushrooms can serve a stock preparation, but when a chef specifies morels for a signature dish, your job is to find the best available source for morels and source them without compromise. You bring that same intelligence and nuance to every category of spend. You understand the balance between quality and cost, partnering closely with Culinary and Operations teams to ensure purchasing decisions support both the integrity of the menu and the health of the business. You are highly organized, analytically driven, and collaborative, with a strong sense of ownership over the tools, processes, and relationships that support the restaurant’s success.
