About The Position

A Oasis Pools & Outdoor Living is seeking a high-performance Operations Manager to lead and optimize the daily operations of our pool construction and service divisions. This leader will be responsible for ensuring projects run efficiently, teams are held accountable, and company resources are managed with discipline and precision. This role requires a proactive operator who thrives in fast-paced construction environments and is capable of leading crews, managing logistics, improving systems, and protecting company profitability. The Operations Manager will directly influence project timelines, job costing, inventory control, fleet readiness, and facility operations. We are not looking for someone to simply maintain the status quo. We are looking for a builder of systems, a problem solver, and a leader who takes ownership of operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years leadership experience in construction, operations, or project management.
  • Strong ability to lead field teams and hold people accountable.
  • Experience managing construction schedules and job costing.
  • Highly organized and systems-oriented.
  • Comfortable making decisions and solving problems quickly.
  • Strong communication skills with both crews and customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple moving projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations for both pool construction and service divisions.
  • Manage project managers, superintendents, service technicians, and field crews.
  • Ensure projects move from contract to completion on schedule and within budget.
  • Monitor job costing and protect company gross margins.
  • Manage inventory systems to ensure materials are available without excess waste.
  • Oversee fleet management including trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment.
  • Ensure all service and construction equipment is maintained and operational.
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules and equipment repairs.
  • Oversee facility maintenance including warehouse, yard, and office operations.
  • Develop operational systems that increase efficiency and reduce delays.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions quickly.
  • Maintain strong communication between sales, permitting, service, and construction teams.
  • Ensure safety standards and quality expectations are consistently met.
