To strengthen our motivated Production Team at our Charlotte, NC facility, we are looking for a passionate Operations Manager. You will be responsible for hiring, training, supervising and motivating plant staff, including administering performance reviews and managing employee development. You will support our production team by setting production schedules, monitoring progress and implementing strategies to meet and exceed production goals. You are ambitious to develop and implement strategies to optimize plat operations, improve efficiency, and achieve organizational goals. You will contribute with managing and developing the plant's budget, implementing cost saving initiatives, and ensuring efficient use of resources. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a packaging or production management role within a manufacturing environment
  • strong knowledge and understanding of packaging machinery, processes, and materials (e.g., corrugate, flexibles, rigid plastics)
  • demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM or other continous improvement methodologies
  • excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
