Requirements

  • Related Degree and 10+ years in progressive sales, operations or technical support roles for industrial products - Multiple areas preferred totaling 10 years or more
  • Problem-solving skills for identifying and resolving organizational issues, recognizing shortcomings, and carrying out solutions
  • Ability to maintain internal/external customer satisfaction
  • Ability to delegate tasks as necessary
  • Excellent communication, decision making, leadership and conflict management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Extensive exposure as a seller, business owner or user of industrial automation solutions
  • Exposure to Machine Vision, Robotics, and Machine Control in relevant work experience
  • Progressive steps in an organization that drive production through a mindset of SQDCI (or similar structured metrics)
  • Experience leading a business in utilizing a project management process to reach desired

Responsibilities

  • Establishing and carrying out departmental direction for Engineering, Production, and Customer Service through the leaders of these teams
  • Drive Trusted Partner mentality for our customers throughout the organizations departments
  • Assisting in the recruitment and interviewing of upper management as needed
  • Analyzing performance indicators to continuously improve the groups efficiency and effectiveness
  • Overseeing budgets, staff, and team performance
  • Coach and mentor your direct team to achieve success for them and the business
  • Act as a champion for change and gain the teams support and enthusiasm for inanities for the business.
  • Uphold company values, and operate with a high level of integrity
  • Establish effective decision-making processes that will enable the company to achieve its long- and short-term goals and objectives.
  • Drive the company to achieve customer success and thus surpass sales, profitability, cash flow, and business goals
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding organization, customer, supplier and associate information
