Responsibilities

Ability to communicate effectively (Partner with General Manager to identify daily/weekly/monthly goals to assure business needs are met, clear communication to all team members to assure tasks are completed in a timely, effective manner)
Responsible for all inventory metrics
Responsible for executing merchandise planograms
Coach, manage and develop the customer service, shipping, inventory, and repair teams.
Work well with the management team and assist the other managers to quickly resolve customer related issues.
