Responsibilities

  • Ability to communicate effectively (Partner with General Manager to identify daily/weekly/monthly goals to assure business needs are met, clear communication to all team members to assure tasks are completed in a timely, effective manner)
  • Responsible for all inventory metrics
  • Responsible for executing merchandise planograms
  • Coach, manage and develop the customer service, shipping, inventory, and repair teams.
  • Work well with the management team and assist the other managers to quickly resolve customer related issues.
  • Exhibit 2nd Swing’s Core Values everyday including support to Sales & Fitting Teams
  • Ability to delegate as well as work alongside team members
  • Excellent attention to details and processes
  • Willingness to do what it takes to meet deadlines and goals to assure success day in and day out.
