The Facility Manager will support the CMMS, trades, and maintenance operations for Citizens Bank Park. The Facility Manager will support the 17 employee trades team and help manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for Citizens Bank Park. This role will assist with standing up and managing the CMMS system to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and superior customer service for a variety of employees, customers, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strategic oversight, strong administrative skills, hands-on leadership, and excellent communications skills to lead demand, preventive, and predictive maintenance programs, optimize building systems performance, and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Success in this role requires strong administrative and technical skills, exceptional employee and stakeholder communications skills, and the ability to efficiently, expeditiously, and safely operate and maintain a complex facility in a fast-paced, innovative industry.
