About The Position

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations for the Marine Corps Logistics Command's logistics support program. Your leadership will be essential to ensure that all processes are conducted efficiently, providing the highest level of support to our government clients. You will collaborate with various teams to implement improvements and ensure compliance with quality standards, making a significant impact on the program's success. Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of substantial work experience in Program/Project Management with leadership responsibility.
• Administrative and management experience.
• Experience applying quality control principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suites.
• Knowledge of military ground equipment and maintenance programs.
• Critical and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with senior officials.
• Must possess or be able to obtain U.S. Government issued security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the IT Support Manager and Site Leads.
• Foster a culture of continuous process improvement.
• Effectively communicate with leadership and ensure transparency.
• Monitor the software platform and analyze data to facilitate efficiencies.
• Maintain relationships with OEMs and Vendors to address warranty issues.
• Manage Contractor Turnaround Time to ensure standards are met.
• Ensure compliance and quality control for the program.
• Guide and support all sub-contractors.
• Drive productivity improvements, quality assurance, and inventory management.
