Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with operations in a clinical setting
- 3+ years of experience managing a team effectively
- Strong understanding of clinic operations and clinician support
- Highly organized self-starter able to diagnose issues independently
- Strong project and team management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to balance multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for transforming mental health through technology
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 5-10 Onboarding Specialists
- Serve as the primary operations day-to-day point of contact for the clinical team
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve team efficiency and client engagement
- Implement and manage quality assurance metrics aligning with best practices and SLAs
- Manage escalated patient cases for timely support and proactive issue resolution
- Analyze data to identify issues and inform program decision-making
- Facilitate weekly team meetings and one-on-ones to promote development and alignment
