SFMC Home Lending is currently hiring for a Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the branch/team processes and role functions are executed optimally to provide the best loan experience possible to clients and referring partners. This position will manage team members in regard to staffing, training, performance appraisal, corrective action, policies and procedures, company products, compliance and compensation decisions, and ensure the branch operations are in compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies
