Requirements

• 8+ years Supervision of associates
• 5+ years fulfillment/pick/pack/ship environment
• Hourly/Daily reporting experience
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Intermediate level Excel and Word
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to problem solve
• Proven strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily e-commerce fulfillment (pick, pack, ship) operations
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and shipped on time across all platforms
• Monitor WMS performance, order status, and inventory accuracy
• Enforce pallet diagrams, packing standards, and shipping procedures
• Coordinate with carriers to meet cut-off times and resolve shipping issues
• Train, coach, and hold warehouse associates accountable to KPIs
• Track productivity, labor efficiency, and quality metrics
• Investigate and resolve order errors, shortages, and damages
• Support cycle counts and inventory audits
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
