The Operations Manager is a member of the Store Management team at CVS Health, dedicated to helping individuals on their path to better health by driving store execution and performance and building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service. Under the supervision of the Store Manager, this role is responsible for fostering an engaged and productive store team through strong leadership and by setting an example. Key responsibilities include overall store management, supervision, and policy implementation, as well as sales and inventory management, employee staffing, training, and development, financial management, and customer service leadership. It is important to note that this position is not part of the CVS/pharmacy Retail Management Development Program and does not lead directly to a Store Manager role; candidates aspiring to become a Store Manager should apply for Store Manager in Training openings.
