About The Position

A PIRTEK Operations Manager oversees, supports, and dispatches a team of Hose Installation Technicians when and where they are needed, ensuring customers get the high level of service delivered by PIRTEK. A PIRTEK Service & Supply Center is a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This gives the opportunity to work closely and communicate with other team members. Playing a pivotal role in customer service and problem-solving, the Operations Manager ensures customers receive the highest quality of service to get their equipment back up and running.

Requirements

  • Experience in a Supervisory Role
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong Computer Skills
  • Mechanically Inclined
  • Good Communication Skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead, Motivate and Support Hose Installation Technicians
  • Oversee Materials and Inventory Management
  • Ensure Customers Receive the Highest Quality of Service
  • Train new employees
  • Performs other duties as assigned
