Summary of position: The Operations Manager is responsible for planning and directing operations to improve productivity and efficiency. By providing support to hotel departments including F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping and Engineering. This position will work evening/nights shifts as well as weekends.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent GED; degree in hospitality or related field of study preferred
  • Must be able to work night and weekends.
  • At least 1 or more years of experience in the hospitality field preferred
  • Previous experience as a supervisor or manager, assistant manager preferred
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven customer service experience as a manager; strong guest-focused mentality
  • State Alcohol Certification required or ability to obtain one.
  • State Food Handlers required or ability to obtain one.

Nice To Haves

  • degree in hospitality or related field of study preferred
  • Previous experience as a supervisor or manager, assistant manager preferred
