This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for field execution, team performance, and scalable systems. You will lead daily operations so the owner can focus on long-term strategy. This is not a desk job or a commission-only sales role. Operational Leadership: Manage project schedules, crew assignments, equipment, and material logistics. Systems Building: Partner with the owner to design and implement scalable SOPs. Team Accountability: Provide direction and performance management for all field crews. Project Oversight: Serve as the primary client contact during active jobs; manage change orders and job costing to ensure profitability. Quality & Safety: Monitor performance metrics and resolve field issues proactively.
