The Operations Manager is a member of the Store Management team at CVS Health, responsible for driving store execution and performance and building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service. This role supports the company's purpose of helping people on their path to better health. Under the supervision of the Store Manager, the Operations Manager is tasked with maintaining an engaged and productive store team through strong leadership and by setting an example. Key responsibilities include overall store management, supervision, and policy implementation; sales and inventory management; employee staffing, training, and development; financial management; and customer service leadership. It is important to note that this position is not part of the CVS/pharmacy Retail Management Development Program and does not offer a direct path to a Store Manager role. Candidates aspiring to become a Store Manager should apply for Store Manager in Training openings instead.
