You will be responsible for ensuring each area of the business operates efficiently and interacts effectively with the other functions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience, agriculture industry is preferred
  • Demonstrated track record in operations, logistics, and/or agriculture location/branch management
  • Strong skills in directing the work of operational-level employees, ensuring productivity and adherence to standards

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Agriculture or Business-related field is preferred
  • You have strong interpersonal and team building skills with an ability to establish and maintain relationships
  • You enjoy building influence across teams, advising on financial and operational matters while fostering clear communication to support organizational goals
  • You engage with internal teams and external stakeholders to support operations

Responsibilities

  • Manage location operation including logistics, dispatch, and customer service personnel.
  • Support and manage all employees including coaching and setting expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal laws and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other locations in the district.
  • Work with the sales team to determine operational solutions for customers.
  • Oversee physical inventory counts and related adjustments.
  • Manage the operational P&L, expenses, capital expenditures, budget, and gain approval for any large purchases needed for operations.
